You know how life can impact your perspective? So the transition from being married to being single made me curious about behavior and myself.

In 1997, a single-mother with two children worked fulltime as a project manager, managed her arts and entertainment business, and supported middle and high school activities while completing her degree in Business. Yes, that's me. Alicia Randolph. Whew! Imagine the vroom in my Mazda Protege going from work to music events, outreach activities mentoring kids, color guard performances and school! Oh yes, and creating a new business to support the services I'd provided for years.

I used the concepts from my Masters in Psychology and working in training and education to design,develop and implement training products used in the US and abroad.

Randolph Consulting Services evolved from focusing solely on arts and entertainment to provide analyst, training and development services. RCS has facilitated and trained agencies across the nation, coaching and facilitating leaders in finding their own unique fingerprint both personally and professionally.

Today, Randolph Consulting Services serves as the parent company leading its subsidiaries (Originals Design and the Optimum Life) in creating fingerprinted concepts and solutions the elevates the visionary. RCS primarily focuses on training and public speaking, guiding its subsidiaries in brand development through consulting and coaching.
